Q: How does a 7th Ceiling Vintage shirt fit? Will it fit the way same as a normal shirt?

A: We please ask all customers to take one of their favorite shirts and measure it. We use the simple "Width" and "Length" measurements by measuring INCHES. You can determine them by following the diagram below. Measurements for all inventory are located within the description of the product.

Sales are FINAL. So please look at the details and measurements of the garments you are interested in purchasing. Some of these shirts have shrunk or been stretched over time, Any significant Flaws will always be included in the item description. We include such details for you to find the best Vintage T-Shirt for your style!

Q: Do you have Vintage shirts in Multiple sizes?

A: We typically only stock one unit, of one specific size of these items. Rarely will we receive multiple units and/or sizes of a garment. If by any chance we do, we will include the sizes and details of each individual item.

Q: Am I able to cancel my order?

Yes, but cancellation must be submitted via e-mail (theseventhceiling@gmail.com) or via Instagram DM (@7thCeiling) before the order goes out. Please include your order order number within the email or message and please send us this request within 12-hours of placing your order! Once your order gets shipped out, there is no way of cancelling the order. Apologies for any inconvenience. 

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: It takes 2-3 business days to process and ship out orders. Tracking numbers will always be included with every sale!

Q: Can I return items I bought if they don't fit right?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Although, there are some occasions when we do:

1. If there was a mistake in the item description (measurements were wrong, etc.).
2. If you received the wrong item.
3. We please again advise our customers to reference measurements as vintage T-shirts are never one the same!
